We accept most major medical insurances.  Please contact our office to confirm if we are in network.  We are currently not in any health care exchange plans.


Who do I contact after hours?

You may reach the physician on call by calling our office 24 hours a day.


What if I need my medications refilled emergently?

You may leave a message for our providers for medication refills.  We may need up to 48 hours to refill your medications, so please reach a provider for emergent situations.


What if I have questions about my bill?

Our office manager and administrative staff is happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding billing and insurance.
